Undercurrents video trainer D Murphy has travelled to the House of Lords
to receive her £5000 prize and the title of "Digital Hero" in a national
competition hosted by TalkTalk. The award is for her role in Swansea
Swansea Telly is an internet TV station for people in and around Swansea
to have their say about their lives and what is important to them.
The project is funded by Communities 2.0 and has been delivering training
to individuals in Swansea who are at risk of digital exclusion. The
website now boasts over a hundred short films by local people.
