Undercurrents win young filmmakers award

A film produced by Undercurrents won an award this week.
The winners from the Film Nation competition were announced at an awards ceremony in October 2011, hosted by TV presenter Rick Edwards. 14-25 year olds are invited to create short films (of no longer than three minutes) that celebrate the values of the Olympic and Paralympic Games: respect, courage, excellence, friendship, equality, determination and inspiration.

We worked with a great bunch of young people to make Safe Passage –the film below. So hats off to the winners of the Best Truce Film
Safe Passage – Shadi Al-Begain, Luke Andrews, Annalee Pardoe, Jospeh Poppie, Dominic Green, Jessica Simmonds, Max Watkins, George Godden, Port Talbot
