Live on an eco small holding near Taunton

A group are are seeking applicants for three smallholdings (£60-£65,000 depending on plot). The holdings will each be sold with a 999-year lease, shared lane access, shared barn, use of PV solar array, natural water supply and on-site biological grey water treatment. They will be sold with a five year temporary planning permission for agricultural residency. The holdings are for those that wish to establish and manage an ecological farm business.

The site lies in the Parish of Holcombe Rogus. The village of Holcombe Rogus is one and a half miles away to the west. The hamlet of Greenham is less than a mile away to the east. The small town of Wellington is five miles to the east, along the A38, and Taunton is a further eight miles in this direction. Tiverton is ten miles to the west. Tiverton Parkway train station is 5.5 miles away and can be reached by road or by bicycle/foot along the Grand Union canal path. The nearest motorway junction (M5 Junction 27) is six miles to the southwest.
