Old camcorders wanted for Africa

I got this email this morning -

WAYout is a charity working in Sierra Leone, offering training in digital
media and supporting street and disadvantaged youth the opportunity to gain
skills and tell their stories. Only problem is Sierra Leone does not have
much in the way of kit. Are you having a new year clear out? Do you have
any old cameras you no longer use? As long as they still work they will
find a home either with those wanting to one day work in media or for the
street to street project which puts street kids in touch with school
students here in the UK.

Please get in touch for details of what is needed
but pretty much anything will be put to good use. Donations will be
collected in London. Next trip to Sierra Leone leaving 14th
January. You will be able to off set the value of anything donated against tax as we are a registered charity number 1123777.

Visit www.wayoutarts.org or www.streettostreet.org to see what they do. Contact
info at wayoutarts.org or hazel.chandler at btinternet.com.
