I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial
district in San Francisco County, California and that i will accept
service of process from the person who provided notification under
subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that
the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or
misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

These images are my own, all music is my own and the consent of the people
involved in the film has been cleared. I won the Tokyo video festival 2009
with a longer version of this film so National Geographic have made a
mistake. I demand that my film is reinstated.
